Brew
The artisan-crafted furniture, cauldrons, and brewing water tell the 150-year-old story of a local brewery. This special place is filled with over a century and a half of history and community memories, and remains a gathering place today where new ideas and projects are born. The Mitoyotsuru baton continues today to be passed on to the next generation to “brew” new local values in accordance with the times.
